Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Belcamp, MD for a direct hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of cold calling and CRM experience, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make 30-50 outbound sales calls daily, engaging with customers and building strong relationships.
- Conduct sales quoting, order entry, and order processing with high accuracy.
- Upsell and maximize sales packages for building products, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate daily with the sales team to strategize on ways to increase sales and achieve targets.
- Run weekly reports to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 1 years of cold calling sales experience, with a focus on high-volume sales.
- Persuasive and professional communication skills, with the ability to interact with people of all backgrounds.
- CRM experience is mandatory, with a strong understanding of sales tools and technology.
- E-commerce experience is a plus, with knowledge of online sales platforms and processes.
- Able to travel up to 10% of the time, with a valid driver's license and willingness to pass a background check.
