A rapidly growing, highly respected transportation related company in Duncan is hiring an Inventory Coordinator to join their team. They pride themselves in a positive company culture with great longevity and opportunities for growth.
This is a Direct Hire position with standard hours in office.
Responsibilities :
- Scheduled deliveries and all truck transfers with proper paper work and drivers
- Weekly maintain and update records of inventory on company website with proper specs, information, and photos
- Keep MSO's and titles organized for inventory
- Prepare service requests for vehicles in inventory when maintenance and repair is needed
- Process invoices and paysheets with accounting department
- Coordinate warranty paperwork with the warranty and finance department
- Other responsibilities as needed
