What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Analyst, Loan Operations & Systems position at Find Great People | FGP?
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Senior Analyst, Loan Operations & Systems to serve as an in-house subject matter expert (SME) for a commercial lending system, or similar capital markets systems such as LoanIQ.
This is a business-facing role with strong technical acumen—you won’t be coding, but you must deeply understand system architecture and the technical implications of changes, especially their impact on backend processes and the General Ledger (debits, credits, and reconciliation).
As the team leader, you will oversee projects, system enhancements, and support efforts tied to the Participations/Syndication portfolio, leveraging your expertise in commercial lenidng program functionality, accounting principles (GAAP), commercial lending, and risk management. You’ll manage cross-functional initiatives, lead technical issue resolution, and ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy. Experience with accounting systems integration, project management, and financial instrument servicing is critical to success in this role.
