- Perform non-invasive vascular procedures, ensuring proper equipment maintenance and cleaning.
- Evaluate scan quality and prepare reports for timely physician interpretation.
- Collect patient history, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Follow universal precautions and provide life support as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and organize work areas.
- Assist with imaging procedures and take on leadership duties in the manager's absence.
- Supervise and train students and new employees.
- Manage workload to minimize patient wait times.
- Communicate professionally with staff, patients, and visitors.
- Adhere to dress code, hospital policies, and cost-effective use of supplies.
- Pursue ongoing education to maintain credentials and meet IAC requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and hospital information systems.
