Responsibilities:
- Perform collection activities associated with delinquent accounts
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to collections
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices
- Provide counsel in bankruptcy court proceedings
- Handle and oversee foreclosures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience and knowledge in collections.
- Thorough knowledge of collection procedures, skip tracing, and related laws and regulations.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
Hours:
- Monday to Friday (standard business hours)
- Permanent/Direct Hire
Compensation:
- $40,000-45,000
