Infrastructure & Security Lead
Leads and delivers enterprise-wide IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services, aligning technical solutions with business goals and compliance requirements.
Develops and enforces best practices for secure, scalable infrastructure covering cloud (Azure/AWS), on-prem systems, Cisco/Meraki networks, and data centers.
Oversees disaster recovery, business continuity, identity and access management, and security governance across the organization.
Manages vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and drives long-term infrastructure strategy through a defined technology roadmap.
Builds, mentors, and manages a high-performing team of infrastructure and security professionals, ensuring operational excellence and accountability.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Manage daily infrastructure and security operations, including monitoring and maintaining Cisco/Meraki network devices, servers, and storage systems.
Administer and secure Azure cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents; manage tools such as antivirus, EDR, encryption, and Cisco/Meraki-based firewall and access controls.
Lead user training, compliance audits, and ongoing enforcement of security policies and IT governance.
Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize infrastructure projects, oversee upgrades, manage user access, and ensure reliable network performance.
