We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr Technical Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will facilitate the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and operations, to streamline project workflows and support key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor technical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize deliverables.
- Maintain management reporting dashboards.
- Maintain SharePoint site with updated documents and site permissions
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports, for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, vendors, and business units to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Track progress, resolve issues, and escalate challenges as needed to ensure timely project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in project coordination or management within the financial services or lending industry.
- Familiarity with technical concepts, software development, or IT systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
