Our client in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a driven individual to join their team as an Order Picker for outbound shipping. Key Responsibilities:
- Fill order requests for wholesale distributors and stage loads to ensure timely shipments and accurate inventory picking.
- Support quality assurance efforts to achieve 100% shipment accuracy.
- Identify and report hazardous areas in order to ensure safe warehouse conditions.
- Keep your work area clean and organized at the end of each shift.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a stock picker and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Detail-oriented with strong reading and document interpretation skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic math skills required.
- Stable work history with a reliable attendance record.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Compensation: $17/hour with a raise to $17.50/hour after 90 days
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30-4:30pm
