- Input and update data in databases and systems
- Verify accuracy of data input and correct errors
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Retrieve and present information from databases and files as needed
- Follow data entry procedures and guidelines
- Scan and digitize documents for archival or reference purposes
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software
- Fast and accurate typing skills
