Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office as well as some personal assistant duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office procedures, providing exceptional customer support, and maintaining a positive work environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling and coordinating appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone etiquette and in-person interactions.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with calendar management for team members and executives.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Serve as a medical receptionist when necessary, handling patient inquiries and managing records.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as a personal assistant when needed.
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
- Facilitate communication between departments to enhance workflow.
- Some personal assistant duties such as local driving, errands, etc.
Requirements
- FL Drivers License
- Smart phone with data capabilities
- Friendly, professional, good customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Knowledge of or ability to learn Google docs, Google sheets, slack, constant contact, and simple practice
- *Employer will provide training
- Experience as a medical receptionist or biller is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage calendars and schedules efficiently
- High School Diploma preferred
