About Us:
All Points Licensed Behavior Analysts (All Points LBA) is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and has been serving individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities for over 30 years. We offer a range of services, including 1:1 ABA therapy, individual learner assessments, school-based services, social skills groups, and early intensive ABA programs.
We are currently seeking qualified and passionate BCBAs to join our tight-knit clinical team, providing exceptional services across Hudson Valley and NYC. Locations: New York City, Brooklyn and Westchester, NY surrounding areas
Please Note: NY residents work is based in-person, with a primary location in Rockland County and some travel throughout the Hudson Valley and NYC
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to RBTs and other team members.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs.
- Regularly assess client progress, evaluate outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families to ensure consistency of care across environments and offer parent training to strengthen skills at home.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all services provided, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Participate in team-building activities and ongoing professional development to foster a supportive work culture.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in every interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of direct experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
- Experience working in school settings and home-based ABA programs.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New York or a valid limited permit.
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
- Active BCBA accredited by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and engage in physical activities (kneeling, squatting, sitting on the floor) as needed.
- Ability to work in various settings, including clinic-based and community environments.
