Sales Manager, Field Sales - Small Law

As the Field Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a dynamic sales team to attract new clients while expanding our relationships with existing customers to exceed revenue goals. With a focus on mentoring your team, you'll drive success in new sales, customer retention, market intelligence, forecasting, and more.
Your Role :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to consistently exceed both monthly and annual quotas.
- Increase the region's territory value through acquiring new sales and retaining existing business.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline management and forecasting.
- Oversee daily team management responsibilities to enhance employee development and engagement scores.
- Coach and mentor the team to focus on selling value rather than just price.
- Work with account and territory plans to align team efforts with strategic goals.
- Support the implementation of key technology and drive company-wide initiatives.
Your Background :
Compensation : $105,000 base salary $80,000-$100,000 commission.
