Sales Manager, Field Sales - Small Law

Join a rapidly growing sales team that is excited about innovation and success! As the Field Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a dynamic sales team to attract new clients while expanding our relationships with existing customers to exceed revenue goals. With a focus on mentoring your team, you'll drive success in new sales, customer retention, market intelligence, forecasting, and more.

Your Role :

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to consistently exceed both monthly and annual quotas.
  • Increase the region's territory value through acquiring new sales and retaining existing business.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Oversee daily team management responsibilities to enhance employee development and engagement scores.
  • Coach and mentor the team to focus on selling value rather than just price.
  • Work with account and territory plans to align team efforts with strategic goals.
  • Support the implementation of key technology and drive company-wide initiatives.

Your Background :

  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales targeting professionals in a direct field-based environment.
  • Prior experience in sales leadership, managing teams both remotely and in-person.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas in a high-activity role.
  • Ability to work from home and travel to customer locations as needed.
  • Experience in the legal industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and other sales automation tools.
  • Compensation : $105,000 base salary $80,000-$100,000 commission.
