Sales Executive Job Description :

Are you eager to leverage your sales expertise with a leading company recognized for its top-notch content and technology? Are you excited by the prospect of organic growth and significant investments in expanding sales capabilities? If you have a track record of driving sales and revenue growth in a specific territory and are motivated by uncapped commissions, we want you on our team!

Your Responsibilities : As a Sales Executive, you will develop and expand new customer accounts in the legal community within a designated territory. You will engage with small to mid-sized law firms, utilizing your prospecting and consultative selling skills to identify opportunities for web-based marketing and advertising solutions. You will also collaborate with our internal Account Management team to ensure post-sales satisfaction and retention of existing customers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Meet monthly sales targets and quotas within your territory.
  • Consult with clients on effective web-based marketing strategies tailored to their business needs.
  • Grow your customer base through proactive prospecting and cold calling.
  • Have technical proficiency with MS Office, internet applications, and Salesforce.com.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to address and resolve client concerns, maintaining effective relationships.

About You : Experience :

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Outside sales experience in a professional B2B environment.
  • Proven history of sales success and consistent performance exceeding 100% of targets.
  • Background in online advertising is a plus.
  • Skills & Knowledge :

  • Understanding of the sales process, methods, and techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assess marketplace needs and translate them into actionable products or services.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to work independently.
  • Travel Requirements :

  • Willingness to travel frequently within your territory, including some overnight stays to meet clients.
