Salary $50,000- $210,000

Responsibilities:
- Greet and offer assistance or direction to all customers
- Determine customer needs, perform vehicle walk-arounds, and take customers on test-drives to set up for a successful sale
- Explain product performance and optional equipment available
- Write complete paperwork according to dealership standards & work with sales manager to close deal
- Deliver vehicle to customer by guaranteeing customer's usage in operating features, understands the warranty, and any paperwork
- Introduce customer to our Findlay Service Department and emphasizing the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction with our follow-up system to encourage customers to repeat purchases or refer friends & family; Also follow-up on post delivery items
- Complete required training and stay current on new products, accessories, and features
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and able to set achievable goals
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A team player focused on providing ethical and exemplary customer service
- Be Coachable and willing to continually develop your customer service skills
- Experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required
- Be skilled in computers, basic software, and internet and ability to learn database management
- Have a valid drivers license with safe driving record
- Pass a criminal background check and drug test
