Job Summary:
An Automotive Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for selling vehicles through online platforms and building lasting relationships with customers. This role involves discussing vehicle options, scheduling test drives, negotiating prices, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customers through online inquiries, emails, and phone calls.
- Vehicle Presentation: Provide detailed information about vehicle features, benefits, and pricing.
- Test Drives: Schedule and coordinate test drives for interested customers.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales prices, including explaining financing and leasing options.
- Paperwork: Complete all necessary paperwork associated with vehicle sales.
- Follow-Up: Maintain contact with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
- Lead Generation: Conduct cold calling and prospecting to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest information regarding competitors, market trends, and vehicle developments.
