What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Coordinator position at Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas?
Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas is looking for highly qualified full time phone specialists to work in our Business Development Center, setting appointments for our Volvo Sales & Service customers. Business Development Center Representative is responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company’s sales & service goals.
Drive traffic for the sales & service departments by setting appointments for prospective customers by:
- Handling incoming calls and following up on customer visits in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
- Internet Sales experience is a strong plus.
- Following up with past customers
- Must be willing and able to make a high volume of outbound calls each day.
- Must have excellent communication skills (Good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice)
- Notify necessary departments to inform of appointments set.
- Forward customers concerns to the correct department Manager and follow-up.
- Prior sales, service BDC, receptionist, call center, or BDC experience a plus but will train the right candidate
- Must be a team player
- Great communication skills
- Ability to multi task
- Strong computer & phone skills
- Bi-lingual a plus
- Experience preferred but willing to train
Schedule: Monday - Saturday with day off during the week.
