As an Assistant Project Manager, you've have demonstrated financial management skills, leadership in the areas of quality and safety; and ability to independently manage small to average size projects or complex scopes of larger projects from start to finish. You display a positive attitude with a willingness to share and mentor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and financials while ensuring compliance.
- Prepare, distribute, and track RFI's.
- Work with Superintendents to create and update detailed project schedules.
- Ensure jobsite safety compliance and quality control while supporting on-site teams.
- Assist with bid preparation, cost estimating, and constructability reviews.
- Support subcontractor negotiations, change order processes, and financial tracking.
- Independently accomplish all close out activities.
- Mentor others, foster collaboration, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills.
- Meticulous organizational skills .

- Strong mathematical aptitude.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and mediation skills.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance or related field (equivalent experience in lieu of degree will be considered).
- At least 3 years of project management experience.
