As a Marketing Coordinator at Findorff, you will play a key role in driving marketing initiatives that highlight Findorff's industry-leading projects and talented team. You will support project pursuits, enhance brand presence through marketing materials, and contribute to the planning and execution of high-impact events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project pursuits (RFPs, interviews, close-outs) by managing project profiles, resumes, materials, and research.
- Assist in the coordination of professional photography including preparing shot lists and communicating with internal staff, clients, and photographers.
- Plan and manage the annual calendar of marketing meetings, events, and initiatives.
- Oversee marketing projects, ensuring timelines, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
- Assist with digital and social media marketing efforts.
- Maintain and update project profiles, resumes, and marketing materials in collaboration with internal teams.
- Coordinate and track corporate and project award submissions.
- Develop and manage process documentation, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the digital asset management system, ensuring proper organization, accessibility, and usage compliance.
- Maintain marketing material inventory and support department administrative tasks.
- Support periodic marketing reports.
- Provide event planning support including logistics, registration, confirmations, and tracking invitations.
- Prepare and coordinate tradeshow, event materials, and client gifts.
Qualifications:
- Meets deadlines and honors commitments.

- Experience in digital and social media marketing.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office.

Education & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related area.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or communications.
