Key Responsibilities:
- Manage specific aspects of construction projects, including technical, cost, quality, and scheduling components.
- Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with defined scopes and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Support the planning, execution, and commissioning of projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational requirements.
- Conduct system walkdowns, punch list management, and documentation to ensure successful project turnover.
- Provide regular reports on project status, risks, and key milestones to senior management and stakeholders.

- Play a key role in large-scale infrastructure projects, including renewable energy initiatives and Small Modular Reactors (SMR).
- Ensure proper implementation of EPC contracts and procurement agreements to support field operations and efficiency.
- Support construction teams in delivering high-quality projects that meet operational and regulatory standards.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Construction Project Manager II: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex construction projects.
- Construction Project Manager III: Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large-scale and high-impact construction projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate resources, and manage risks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in managing construction, engineering, or utility projects with strict compliance requirements.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality and adherence to safety regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in power generation, transmission, and distribution projects.
- Knowledge of energy markets and large-scale utility infrastructure.
- Certifications such as EIT, PE, PMP, or PMI-CP are highly desirable.
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and risk analysis for complex projects.
- Background in regulatory compliance, contract administration, and vendor management.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Licenses/Certifications:
- Required: GWO Certification for roles supporting Offshore Wind projects.
- Preferred: EIT, PE, PMP, PMI-CP certifications.
Working Conditions:
- Office Work Environment: 76-100% of the time.
- Travel: 26-50% as needed for site visits and project meetings.
- Exposure to outdoor conditions including cold and heat (26-50% of the time).
