Salary Range : $160,000 - $210,000 Vehicle Allowance & Bonus

Key Responsibilities :
- Promote Safety - Champion the Incident and Injury Free (IIF) safety culture across all phases of the project.
- Project Planning & Execution - Contribute to comprehensive project planning and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
- Issue Resolution - Act as the escalation point for critical project issues and resolve them promptly to ensure project continuity.
- Team Leadership - Build and maintain teams with clearly defined roles during both the pursuit and operational phases of the project.
- Communication & Collaboration - Serve as the primary communication bridge between team members, clients, and executives.
- Customer Relationship Management - Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure continued success and potential future business opportunities.
- Leadership & Strategy - Lead strategic initiatives to drive the success of the project while ensuring milestones and goals are consistently met.
