Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Assist customers with parking procedures and shuttle services.
- Maintain facility security and uphold company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Process payments and assist with customer accounts.
- Answer phone calls
- Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Perform additional duties as needed.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
- Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
