FINE Airport Parking is hiring Valet Attendants at our Tulsa location. Come join our family atmosphere and help us provide the "FINE Experience" to our airport parking customers by offering first-class service while respecting company values.
Our Valet Attendants provide valet parking services and personal attention to guests and their vehicles while offering the highest level of customer service - the FINE Experience. A full job description will be provided upon interview. We are hiring full-time and part-time positions with daytime and overnight shifts available.
This position is designated as a safety-sensitive position and is subject to random drug and alcohol screening, as well as annual fit-for-duty screenings.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner.
- Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of parked vehicles.
- Provide assistance to customers with luggage or directions.
- Adhere to valet parking procedures and safety protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries and communicate effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles.
- Follow company standards for customer service excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the facility's operations.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent driving record.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in valet services is preferred.
- Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Capability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail and a responsible demeanor.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
