Overview
The Chief of Staff plays a pivotal role in supporting the executive team and staff members. This position is designed for a dynamic leader who can manage complex projects and enhance overall business performance. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring alignment between departments and facilitating effective communication across the organization.
Duties
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead process improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform decision-making processes.
- Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on key initiatives.
- Manage 30 field staff, including scheduling and rescheduling classes and sessions, monitoring the monthly Lineup Sheets, invoicing clients and collecting staff payroll invoices.
- Support the CEO in daily operations, including making HubSpot calls, preparing reports, and managing priorities.
