As the Fine Dining Chef you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in creating and executing an exceptional dining experience. Your expertise in culinary arts will drive the presentation of a refined menu that emphasizes consistency, quality, and freshly-prepared ingredients. You will ensure that every dish meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of skill and teamwork.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and adherence to health and safety standards at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food cost controls to maintain profitability.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to create a cohesive dining experience and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Stay current with culinary trends and techniques.
- Assist with special events and catering as needed, creating custom menus that align with clients’ preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all staff adhere to sanitation and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a head chef, executive chef, or similar role in a fine dining establishment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with a passion for mentoring kitchen staff.

Working Conditions:
- 20-30 hours per week, specifically including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
