FINE Airport Parking is hiring Customer Service Representatives at our Tulsa location. Come join our family atmosphere and help us provide the "FINE Experience" to our airport parking customers by offering first-class service while respecting company values.
Our CSRs are front and center with the customer, providing a safe, seamless, and prompt parking experience while offering the highest level of customer service - the FINE Experience. A full job description will be provided upon interview.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Assist customers with parking procedures and shuttle services.
- Maintain facility security and uphold company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Process payments and assist with customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
