What are the responsibilities and job description for the Denver Commission Detailer position at Fine Management LLC?
FINE Airport Parking is hiring Auto Detailers at our Denver location. Come join our family atmosphere and work at Denver's most advanced airport parking facility. Help us provide the "FINE Experience" to our airport parking customers by offering first-class service while respecting company values.
This position is designated as a safety-sensitive role and is subject to random drug and alcohol screening, as well as annual fit-for-duty screenings.
Responsibilities:
- Detailing Excellence: Perform high-quality interior and exterior auto detailing services, following specific customer instructions and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Use of Specialized Tools and Products: Apply specialized cleaners, waxes, polishes, and cleaning tools to achieve professional-level results and protect vehicle surfaces.
- Team Collaboration: Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to complete detailing services on time and to company standards. When multiple detailers are assigned to a vehicle, collaborate to ensure fair revenue distribution.

Compensation:
- Commission: Earn a flat 30% commission based on the revenue generated from the services you complete. Commissions are tracked in our system. If multiple detailers work on a vehicle, revenue will be split to ensure everyone receives their fair share.
- Wage Floor: In addition to commission, your hourly wage "floor" will be based on your clocked hours, paid at a rate of 1.5 times the local minimum wage. This ensures you will never earn less than the wage floor, regardless of commission earnings.
- Employment Classification: Full-time, variable hour, exempt commission employee. Hours will fluctuate based on shop volume, but you will always receive the minimum wage floor during lower hours.
