Core Responsibilities :

• Promotes a culture of continuous improvement in the organization.
• Ensures that production schedules are met by deploying appropriate resources while managing labor costs at productivity standards set for the plant.
• Identify training needs for the department.
• Implements programs to improve employee operating performance.
• Identify and support efficiency improvements for the organization through procedural and / or systems modifications.
• Works in coordination with Q / A to introduce and implement quality standards.
• Communicate with management and internal departments to resolve escalated issues.
