Fine's Gallery Internet, LLC is seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team, selling high-end marble and bronze products. The ideal candidate will possess extensive sales experience (approximately 10 years), excellent computer skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service in both remote and in-person settings. This is a commission-based position offering significant earning potential for a motivated sales professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and facilitating sales
• Sell in-stock and custom products to customers via phone, online, and occasionally in-store
• Create and file invoices using various software systems
• Update product status on the company website for sold items
• Assist walk-in customers in our showroom, providing product information and guidance
• Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions and customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets

Qualifications:

• Approximately 10 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a remote or e-commerce environment
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in using complex websites and software systems
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building relationships and closing sales
• Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and software as they are implemented
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
