Summary:
Ensure that guests are seated at tables that are always clean and properly mounted, in the shortest possible time. Keep the bathrooms clean and in good condition, as well as the perimeter of the restaurant and parking if applicable to location. Work with the server and the host / hostess to ensure that the guest receives excellent service.
Duties include but not limited to: • Ensure that guests are seated at tables that are always clean and properly mounted in the shortest possible time. • Keep the bathrooms clean and in good condition, as well as the perimeter of the restaurant and parking. • Check the cleanliness of the stations of the previous shift and notify the manager if there is a problem.
