690-Manufacturing Administration-Lead Production Supervisor

Title: Production Supervisor We are looking for two experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team! One for 1st shift 7am-3:30pm and one for 2nd shift 3:30pm-midnight.   Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of production teams to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations that meet company standards and client requirements.   Responsibilities: Oversee the production process. Schedule labor hours based on production needs.   Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality Calculate human and material resources needed Estimate costs and ensure quality standards Ensure that the health and safety guidelines & regulations are followed; investigates accidents in a timely, accurate, and complete manner. Identify training needs. Production design for new customers. Prepare reports and correspondence.   Qualifications Manufacturing/Production experience in a managerial role Commitment to excellence and high standards Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with changing priorities with enthusiasm Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Familiarity with ISO 9001 Certification Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
