Encoder Operator
SUMMARY: Responsible for encoding RFID labels using encoder machinery. Operates small machinery, loading base stock into machinery, learn and understand software and setup, and thorough quality control. Ensures quality work by checking and testing periodically. Understand basic knowledge of RFID technology through training and working. Interprets RFID values and compares those values with standards and quality control sheets.

Maintains day to day workflow after Encoding or Replenishing. Accepting jobs from the Sorting team and maintain steady workflow to next department.
Report any nonfunctional issues to your supervisor. This includes machinery or quality of our products.
Notify your supervisor when the stock of RFID is defective or nonconforming.
Daily/Weekly/Monthly maintenance of equipment and facility.
Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
POSITION TYPE/REQUIRED HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 10 pm to 6 am., 40 hours per week. No travel is required for this position. This position requires the employee to work on-site at the facility they are assigned to.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
