IT Project Intern
SUMMARY: Assists in the IT data gathering and projects. Follows instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Willing to proactively improve internal / external processes. Works under immediate supervision.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, & RESPONSIBILITES: The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. · Assist IT in the development and update of project plans, schedules and estimates.
· Collaborate with IT teams to support project delivery
· Assists in documentation for all internal system application and integration projects including user
· May assist in other project as needed
POSITION TYPE/REQUIRED HOURS OF WORK:
· This is a temporary seasonal position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, Flexible hours with a minimum of 2-5 hours per week. Likewise, work location (i.e. work from home) and work hour parameters may also be flexible depending on deadlines, workload, and overall performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:

· Computer Skills: Spreadsheet Software, Word Processing Software, Beginner Level Graphic Design (i.e. Adobe Illustrator, Google Drawing, etc…)
