What are the responsibilities and job description for the RFID Equipment Operator position at FineLine Technologies, Inc.?
Title: RFID Equipment Operator
Status: Full Time - 2nd Shift(Monday through Friday 3:30pm-midnight - training will take place on 1st shift)
This position requires the employee to work on-site in O'Fallon, MO.
Job function: Set up and operate RFID label insertion and label coding equipment.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Operate equipment and handle material and tooling in compliance with established safety procedures
Perform necessary in-process quality checks to ensure output is consistent from start to finish
Ability to study and understand work instructions and specifications to determine correct method of set up and process control for material conversion
Alert management of equipment problems
Measure product output during the converting process to ensure conformance to specification
Complete processing of manufacturing order and record material usage and labor within company’s enterprise resource system
Conduct troubleshooting and preventative/routine equipment maintenance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
High School Diploma
2-3 years of work experience in similar job type
Willingness to work overtime if needed
Preferred Experience
Flexographic and/or digital printing
Laminating/Die Cutting/Slitting of roll to roll, roll to sheet label products
Working with paper, poly films, adhesives and overlaminates
RFID related converting/encoding

The noise level in the work environment can be moderate to loud from equipment.

The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel or crouch.
