Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach small group training sessions (3-6 clients per session).
- Develop individualized workout programs tailored to clients' fitness goals.
- Maintain a positive and motivating environment for clients.
- Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and training expertise.
- Work collaboratively with the Finesse Fitness team to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
Requirements:
- Current NASM (or equivalent) certification.
- At least 1 year of experience as a personal trainer.
- Experience or interest in small group training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
