Event Bartender

We are excited to add to our Event Team. The Event Bartender will be an integral part of the Event Team during private events, festivals, and weddings. It is important that you can enthusiastically work closely with others in a busy environment, can be a reliable part of our team, and have the drive and passion for Smuttynose. This is a per-diem seasonal position with a mix of days, nights, and weekends with the opportunity for year-round work for top performers. If you're a friendly, energetic bartender who loves working events, craft beers and want to be part of the growth of New England's finest brewery, then this is the job for you. This is our community. What You Need To Have...

• Personality! You will be greeting our guests. Our staff needs to shine as bright as our larger and sales.
• Your knowledge and passion for beer will pass onto our guests. Positivity is key to our values.
• Leg strength. You must be able to work 6-8 hour shifts on your feet.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Bartending experience is required. Event/catering experience is preferred.
  

Role

• Bar Set Up - Prepare and organize the bar area before events, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are in place.
• Bar Service - Provide professional, friendly service to guests while adhering to responsible alcohol service policies.
• Bar Breakdown - Clean and pack up the bar area after events, ensuring all materials are stored properly.
