We are excited to add to our event team. The Event Security, Field, and Parking Support team will be an integral part of the events team during private events, festivals, and weddings. It is important that this person can enthusiastically work closely with others in a busy environment, can be a reliable part of our team, and have the drive and passion for Smuttynose.

We are looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals to join our Seasonal Event Support Team. This role is key to ensuring smooth event operations, maintaining cleanliness, assisting guests, and enforcing safety policies. If you enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this job is for you!

Ideal Candidate

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Friendly, approachable, and able to provide excellent customer service
• Able to stay on their feet and move around the event field for extended periods
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Prior events, security, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
  
  

Role

• Trash Management - Regularly clear and move trash to keep the event field clean
• Bathroom Monitoring - Check and restock restrooms to maintain cleanliness
• Customer Service - Assist guests with directions, answer questions, and provide general event support
• Parking Assistance - Direct guests to designated parking areas for smooth traffic flow
• Safety & Policy Enforcement- Monitor guest behavior and uphold Smuttynose's event policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
