Dishwasher
Finestkind Brewing Company is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to join our Back of House team. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability of clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils by utilizing our cleaning and sanitization center.
- Clean machines, appliances, and kitchen work areas to meet sanitary standards.
- Unload and store deliveries in a timely manner.
- Sweep and mop floors, especially after spills or broken items.
- Take out the trash and rinse garbage cans as needed.
- Assist other restaurant staff members with tasks as required.
- Report kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.
Position/Skills Requirements:
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to follow all safety and sanitation standards and procedures.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Responsibility and dependability.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
