Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment
- Clean and sanitize machines, appliances, and kitchen work areas as needed
- Sweep and mop floors, especially in the event of spills or broken items
- Take out trash and rinse garbage cans as needed
- Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with tasks as needed
- Report kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures
