SUMMARY

Finestkind Brewing is looking to add to their amazing Retail & Tasting Bar team. The retail store and tasting bar are located at our brewery in Hampton, NH. The Retail & Tasting Bar Associates are the front lines in articulating about our beer, our company, and our events. If you have a passion for great beer, have an outgoing personality, love to be around people, enjoy smiling and want to be part of the growth of New England's finest brewery, then this is the job for you. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Smile! You will be welcoming our brewery guests
• Ensure that every customer receives prompt and exceptional service
• Performing tasks related to upkeep and organization, including the rearranging of shelves, stocking beer, changing kegs, cleaning of the store and products, etc.
• Assist customer selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions on beer and merchandise offerings
• Pouring and serving beer at the tasting bar
• Maintain knowledge of Smuttynose current beer and merchandise offerings
• Process payments by totaling purchases, processing cash, credit cards and gift cards
• Ensure that all goods and services are correctly priced and displayed
• All for one and one for all! You must be a team player to be part of the Smutty team.
• Follow all safety and security procedures
