The Project Director Title III, under the direction of the Associate Vice President of Academic Technology and High Impact Practices/Project Principal Investigator (PI), will oversee the implementation of the grant-funded project ensuring that all activities align with grant objectives and timelines. This role will involve coordinating faculty development, managing grant funding, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the program's effectiveness. The Project Director will also be responsible for tracking program outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations for continuous enhancement. This position shall play a key role in fostering a supportive and inclusive academic environment for all students. The Project Director will work with the PI to ensure that the project deliverables are achieved, evaluated, and reported to the funding agency in a timely manner.

This is a full-time, grant-funded position.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Masters degree in Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, Project Management, Public Policy, or other related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a college, university, or comparable setting, of which a minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience, full or part-time, is preferred. Two years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a higher education setting, is required. Two years of experience with grant implementation, project management, and reporting are preferred.
- Special Skills: Knowledge of and/or experience in implementing best practices in student success and retention strategies in higher education. Skilled at developing and implementing faculty development and other training workshops on a local and national level, especially in the science field.
Essential Functions:
- Develops and implements in the planning of faculty workshops and other training events related to the program.
- Oversees collection of project data, delivers qualitative and quantitative analysis, effectively collaborates with the steering committee, and develops recommendations for continuous improvements for the project.
- Manages and delivers data outcomes and funding reports.
- Maintains an inclusive and diverse academic environment for all program participants.
- Develops and presents project updates to project stakeholders.
- Facilitates steering committee meetings to review key performance indicators and assess project outcomes to make data-driven improvements.
- Develops and maintains effective program staffing plans.
- Administers program budget with the Finance department.
- Monitors program expenditures and prepares financial reports.
- Manages program record-keeping databases and grant outcomes.
- Assists the PI in preparing grant reports and other funding agency requests to ensure compliance with federal, state, and college regulations and policies related to program funding.
- Collaborates with the project evaluation team to develop and implement evaluation plans.
- Supervises the FYE Coordinator and the Universal Design for Learning Specialist.
- Other related duties as assigned.

Salary : $65,008 - $68,486
