Finger Lakes Dental Care is looking for a full-time Contact Center Representative to join our team, in our Canandaigua Office . We are a fast growing practice and looking for a compassionate, detail oriented and organized candidate to fill this role.
Our Contact Center team answers patient calls for the Canandaigua office. They schedule patient appointments, makes confirmation and follow up calls to patients, as well as maintain each doctor’s schedule.

Education and Experience :
Schedule for this position will be as follows :
Monday 6 : 30 a.m. – 4 : 00 p.m.
Tuesday 6 : 30 a.m. – 4 : 00 p.m.
Wednesday 6 : 30 a.m. – 4 : 00 p.m.
Thursday OFF
Friday 6 : 30 a.m. – 2 : 00 p.m.
Our Employees Receive :
Hourly Rate : $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Benefits :
Salary : $18 - $22
