Oral Surgeon Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for a full-time Treatment Coordinator to join our team and work solely for our team’s oral surgeon, Dr. Andrew Bracci. We are a fast-growing practice and looking for a compassionate, detail oriented and organized candidate to fill this role.
Dr. Bracci works clinically 2 days per week between our Canandaigua office, Victor Office and West Henrietta office. He specializes in all aspects of oral surgery. Focusing on patient care and creating an exceptional experience for patients. Dr. Bracci’s Treatment Coordinator would assist patients with understanding the financial impact of their treatment needs along with ideal scheduling of their treatment. His Treatment Coordinator role is a full-time position - working 4 days per week!
On the days you are not working with the Bracci team, you will be working in our contact center answering phone calls for the Canandaigua office, as well as other administrative duties as needed.
Our ideal candidate for this position will have some experience with dental procedures, dental insurance and treatment planning. Has exceptional customer service & communications skills, is friendly and compassionate, organized and thorough.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year experience in a dental office.
Schedule for this position will be as follows:
West Henrietta Office:
Every Other Monday 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Canandaigua Office:
Every Other Monday 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Tuesday 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Thursday 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Victor Office:
Friday 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
The expectation is that you will stay until patients have been dismissed, and end of day responsibilities are completed.
You may be required to stay after patients on Mondays or Fridays to do complete training.
This schedule is subject to change when Dr. Bracci picks up a 3rd day.
