Dental Office Regional Manager

Finger Lakes Dental Care is looking for a full-time Regional Manager for our specialty offices to join our team. We are looking for someone who will be a leader to our Pediatric and Orthodontic Office Managers and ensure each location is productive and running smoothly.

• Driving Performance and Results - Getting into the Green! Understanding all scorecard numbers and accounting reports.
• Using your knowledge and skills to solve day to day problems and working with the organization leadership to solve problems whole organization processes.
• Helping to build a team of top performers at each office.
• Using effective communication strategies to confirm all team members are on the same page with goals and expectations.
• Maintain our 5-Start customer service expectations in each office for every patient interaction.
• Understand the basics of dentistry.
• Support and train office managers
• Be competent using Open Dental Software and G-Suite.
• Help raise and maintain 15% profitability in each office.

Experience And Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business management.
• Minimum one year experience in a leadership role.
• Preferred two years of experience in a dental office setting.

Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm

Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000 dependent on experience
