- Maintain our 5-Start customer service expectations in each office for every patient interaction.
- Understand the basics of dentistry.
- Support and train office managers
- Be competent using Open Dental Software and G-Suite.
- Help raise and maintain 15% profitability in each office.

- Bachelor’s degree in business management.
- Minimum one year experience in a leadership role.
- Preferred two years of experience in a dental office setting.
