Position Overview: As a Housekeeper, you will work independently to ensure vacation rental properties are clean, organized, and ready for guest arrivals. With 1-2 years of housekeeping experience, you will handle routine cleaning tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring that properties are prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently clean and prepare vacation rental properties for guest and owner arrival.
- Perform tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and other general housekeeping duties.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and ensure properties meet our quality standards.
- Ensure that all areas of the property are sanitized and presentable.
- Report any maintenance or damage issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with restocking cleaning supplies as needed.
- Perform any additional tasks as requested by the housekeeping manager.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in vacation rentals or hospitality.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable and flexible with work hours.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to various properties around the Finger Lakes region.
