Under the supervision of the Director of Security, operates a Meridian I Telephone System console, performs duties for a 24-hour answering service, paging system, and emergency response center. Carries out general clerical duties. Provides exceptional customer service in a couteous and professional manner. Greets customers consistent with Healing Environment standards.
