EDUCATION : Minimum :
Graduate from an accredited Registered Professional Nurse Program.
Bachelors Degree in Nursing and / or certification in individual specialty.
LICENSE : Minimum :
Current NYS License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse.
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS :
Minimum :
BLS, PALS, and ENPC required through the RQI system during clinical orientation.
W ORK EXPERIENCE : Minimum :
One year LTC experience
Two or more years LTC experience
SKILLS : Minimum :
One year of Med-Surg experience or LTC Charge Nurse experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Power Point.
