The Director of Nutritional Services is responsible for leading all aspects of food service operations at Finger Lakes Health’s Geneva, New York campus.
- QUALIFICATIONS :

- Courses in food and nutrition, personnel management or supervisory training
- Preferred :
- The candidate must possess strong financial and project management skills and be able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and enhance teamwork through effective role modeling.
- The position requires excellent coaching, communication and organizational skills.
- He / she must be familiar with NYSDOH and other food service regulations.
- Computer literacy required with word processing, spreadsheets, and electronic presentations.

EDUCATION : Minimum :
Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Service management or related field.
Master’s Degree;
LICENSE :
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS :
Preferred :
Certification as a Dietician or Dietician / Nutritionist in New York State
W ORK EXPERIENCE : Minimum :
5 years of food service experience with at least three (3) years of progressive leadership experience in a food service setting
Food service management experience in a healthcare setting is strongly desired.
SKILLS : Minimum :
Must have a proven track record of developing and implementing programs that have resulted in customer service improvements and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Power Point. Salary Range : $85K to $115K annually depending on experience
