LCSW Clinical Therapist Supervisor

The Licensed Clinical Supervisor in collaboration with the Assoc Director SSH Nursing Site Admin, oversees the daily clinical operations of the JDK Clinic. Responsibilities include working with clients, either individually or in groups, to address mental health concerns, clinical supervision to the Therapist, and direct supervision of the clinical staff.

• QUALIFICATIONS :

EDUCATION : Minimum :

Master’s in Social Work

LICENSE : Minimum :

Licensed, Certified Social Work License to practice in NYS.

• NYS Driver’s license clear of violations consistent with FLH policy

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS :

Minimum :

BLS required through the RQI system during clinical orientation.

• CPI certification obtained within 90 days of hire.

W ORK EXPERIENCE : Minimum :

2 Years leadership experience in a mental health or hospital setting

• Preferred :

3 years of experience in a mental health setting

SKILLS : Minimum :

This individual must demonstrate good communication skills both verbal and written, good judgment, flexibility, accountability, and acknowledge the standards of productivity set by the department.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the people in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and electronic medical record.
• On-call rotation is required.

Hourly Salary : $41.00-$45.00
