Under the directions of the Maintenance Manager and / or the department supervisor, provides plumbing and related support for facilities.

High School diploma or equivalent
LICENSE :
Valid NYS driver's license clear of violations consistent with FLH Policy
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS :
Minimum :
EPA Certified in refrigerant recovery, Journeyman or Master Plumber, Medical Gas Certification, 1st class or 2nd class Boiler Operator (Stationary Engineer)
W ORK EXPERIENCE : Minimum :
1-2 years in building operations and maintenance and professional certification
2 years in professional certification
SKILLS : Minimum :
Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions and established procedures.
