This position is largely remote, but will require driving proximity to Charlotte, North Carolina, for purposeful engagement with the Fingerpaint Branding team (approximately once a month).
Overview of the Role:
The Project Coordinator is a position whose key areas of responsibilities are as follows:
- Assist in building client deliverables from each of Fingerpaint Brand's key areas of expertise
- Track and create meeting notes and next step reports
- Support client teams on project‐related tasks and deliverables
- Assist in developing project timelines and status updates for internal and client teams
- Participate in the creation of proposals and statements of work
- Other tasks related to general project management

Preferred Background and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe creative suite is a plus, but not necessary
- 1‐2 years of professional experience appreciated
- Branding / Advertising passion a big plus
